Based upon data from the 1830 Census, we know Rachel was born after 1785 (being less than 45 in 1830). It can only be speculated that if there were no consent found in the marriage records, that the bride (Rachel) was of age (meaning at least 21) at the time of her marriage. That would put her birth year at 1787 or before, which may help in matching her to parents, but unfortunately, doesn't tell you who those parents are. - Virginia Rhoades
