Injuries Suffered April 12 on Luzon by Lieut. Leonard Boyd.
Lieut. Leonard E. Boyd, engineer corps, was woulded April 12 on Luzon w hen he was struck b y a steel beam while doing construction work. His w ife, Mrs Georgia Boyd, and daughter, liv e with Mrs. Boyd's parents at 3 232 Wabash avenue.
Boyd has been in the service eleven years. He re-entered in 1940. In F ebruary, he was comme nded for his work in supervising repairs on air s trips at Clark Field and his skill in handli ng native laborers while u nder enemy fire.
