1. If the 3 brothers were named "Tulé" when they arrived in America, and subsequently changed to the name to "Tuley", then how do you account for the "Tuley" families currently in Scotland and England?

a. The name was changed to "Tuley" while the family was still in the United Kingdom.

b. By coincidence those who remained in the United Kingdom also decided to change the name to "Tuley".

2. I doubt that one of the first Tuley's went to Louisiana before 1700, because the first permanent settlement did not happen in Louisiana until 1714.
