3. The 1800 tax lists of Mercer Co., Ky. shows the following:
WILLIAM TOLLEY was born Abt. 1755 and was a Revolutionary War Soldier, and died 1835. He married (1) ELEANOR "NELLIE" HARBISON March 01, 1783 in Lincoln County, Kentucky-Marriage Records, daughter of JAMES HARBISON and RACHEL PORTER. He married (2) ELIZABETH HAYES April 22, 1834 in Mercer County, Kentucky.<
Cornelius Tolly married Margaret Phillips on 2-21-1787 in Mercer Co., KY. The 1800 tax lists show Cornelius Tolley still in Mercer Co. but have no record of him after that.

5. I've been researching a James Tuley born 1769 somewhere in Virginia and his wife is Martha ?? born 1781 somewhere in Virginia. Most of their children were born in Virginia but the last several were born somewhere in Kentucky. They arrived in Kentucky around 1814. The family moved to Franklin County, Indiana around 1827. In 1829 the family moved to Elkhart County, IN and in 1834 moved to LaPorte Co. IN. James died 2/18/1837 in LaPorte Co, In and Martha died 4/11/1851 in LaPorte Co. IN.
I've been trying to find out James's parents names and Martha's maiden name and where in Virginia and Kentucky they lived.
I assume James and Martha were married in Virginia since most of their children were born there.
They had 10 children and there names are:

Hello, I am doing my half brothers family of LEMING, and I heard from another Leming researcher that there is / was a Tuley Leming connection and a book was published that showed the family history of mainly Tuley family but did have pictures of some Leming family members. 38. In my search, I did not find my line of Tooley's, but I can only go back with a date to 1897 in Parker Co., TX. There are no Tooley's alive in our family to ask about ancestors. He married Jewel R. Baker b. Dec. 22, 1899 in IN and died August 1973

Co., IN. They are both buried in Selvin Cemetery, Warrick Co., IN.
