• E-Mail addresses

  • If you respond to my survey or just E-Mail me I will not share your E-mail address with anyone other than people who are researching the same names or lines that you are.  When I do this everyone's E-Mail address will be in the TO: or CC: lines.
    

• "Wanted Dead or Alive" postings

  • Of course, if you send me a posting anything you send is going to be available to the whole world.  For this reason I sometimes edit submissions, to remove personal information about living people.
  • Of course, to have a posting be useful, you have to give out an E-Mail address so people can contact you.
    

• Data

  • The whole purpose of this web site is to share genealogical data.  So of course if you send me data on a non-living person, you can expect me to publish it unless you explicitly state otherwise.
  • I don't intentionally post identifying data about living people.  If you find identifying data about any living person, please let me know
