Taken t he 17th of July 1817 by Ormond & Jacob TOOLEY, executors, agreeable to t he will of the said deceased. Mentions Negro men Sam & Bob; various sto ck, furniture, land & plantation whereon said Nancy has lived for 2 yea rs which was bought from the SILVERTHORN heirs. This day I have received into my possession, agreeable to the direction s of the last will and testament of my husband, Jones TOOLEY, dec'd, fr om the executor to said will.
