Notes

Obadiah Seely, son of Captain Robert Seelv, died in Stamford, Connecticut, August 25, 1657. He served in the Pequot War and held the rank of lieutenant. In 1644 he married Mary Miller, widow of John Miller, and they lived in that part of Stamford which is now Poundridge, New York.
