Wife Dicey, Joseph Langston father, Polly Townsend dau; Agness Langston dau; Joseph John son; Ragland Morton son; Maughan Ephraim son; Arivius dau; Jackson Perry Carrol son; unborn child. Executor: brother John Langston, Spencer Curd, Jonathan Smith.

Langston, William Townsend & Polly his wife late Polly Langston, Randolph Britt and Agness his wife late Agness Langston, the children of Ragland Langston dec'd and heirs of Joseph & Walter Langston dec'd who were also children of the sd Ragland dec'd by Samuel H. Curd, Commissioner. To Jas. W. Mobley & Ariane his wife late Ariane Langston of the 2nd part. She was also a child of sd Ragland dec'd and heir of Joseph & Walter dec'd. Tract of 100 acres in Logan Co & designated in the division of sd estate as #5.

Pankey of same. $1860. 1/3 paid. 1/3 to be paid in Oct. 1/3 in Oct of 1839. On Waters of Red River; corner of Watkins survey; corner on Jonathan Smith; stake in the middle of the Gallatin Road, corner to Laurence Hall; stake on Mangnum Langstons line. 186 acres. Same land that was bequeathed to sd J. P. C. Langston by his father and a part of which was laid of as dower to the said Dicy Langston.
