She was named supposedly named after the Queen Ebba. There never was a Queen Ebba in Sweden, however, Ebba Eriksdotter Vasa (1491-154) was the mother of Queen Margaret Leijonhufvud . Ebba had one sister, Hannah, who worked in the Stockholm Hardle Bank in Ronstrom. Ebba had reportetly been a soprano with the Opera Company of Stockholm. The opera house was across the street from her parish church, so this could be true. |
